This week in assembly all staff supported by using their IPADS.
The Headteacher's Awards announced within this week's assembly were recorded by Ms Scott. We were all excited about the new technology being used in our assembly.
Every week staff are asked to nominate students for the Headteacher's award. The award is linked to our school badge values (Friendship, Success, Achieve and Respect).
Mrs Austin was very pleased to award the following students this week. Well done for being great role models and upholding the school ethos.
Key Stage 3:
Billy and Sean - hard work towards the Christmas markets, huge enthusiasm.
Malcolm - fantastic week and representing himself well in all school contexts
Paige - excellent artwork
Daniel and Katie - personal enterprise project - slime business
Daniel M - coping well with fire alarm and integrating brilliantly into school as a new pupil in SULP
Ewan - excellent writing using finger spaces
Key Stage 4:
Mya - PE and MOVE on Friday morning is paying off as got off bus independently
Josh D - positive attitude towards new activities and settling in well as a new pupil
Rinalds - taking initiative without being asked, a role model to others Learning Suite:
You'll note there were lots of team work and physical theme (gross & fine motor) running through most of this week's awards. I'm sure this has been helped significantly by all the work we have recently done in School Games - making Mrs McEvoy, very proud!
