Students have loved learning about different religious events and celebrations. In their MFL lessons, they have explored China. Poland, France and Spain. It has been fun to do some food tasting and to listen to how our names sound in a different language.

KS4 have enjoyed exploring the jungle and more recently, loved playing games for their Christmas themed learning. Students have been developing core strength and fine/gross motor skills while learning about co-operation and teamwork.

Students loved exploring the jungle during their sensory PE session. They acted out a jungle story using yoga and then played a jungle game to practice fine and gross motor skills.

KS4 welcomed families for the celebration of their literacy and numeracy learning this half term. The CSI WOW day was recreated and various games and books were laid out for parents and students to play or read together. And the cakes were delicious. We look forward to another family event in the…

KS4W have loved learning about the important role that food and light play in religious celebrations. They have been learning about Diwali and The Last Supper

Please take a look at some of our photos from the last few weeks. We have really enjoyed developing our balancing and kicking skills. We have learned to play as part of a team and to follow instructions. 

KS4W loved exploring the wonderful ways of celebrating Diwali including the making of sweets and Rangoli art.

We really enjoyed practicing our football skills today. We did some stretches, then played team games before trying to move the footballs around the cones to score a goal. 

We enjoyed a lovely first day back in school together, getting to know our new friends and teachers.
