Bus ride
We went on the public bus to the concourse and back again today, pupils scanned there bus pass with the help of staff to board the bus. Next week the pupils will be working on taking ownership of their own bus passes and holding them throughout the journey.
KSW community bus ride
KS4W took the bus to the local shopping centre and back again. KS4W waited patiently for the bus, we used our bus passes to board and we then enjoyed the bus ride.
Public bus traveling training
KS4W really enjoyed their first time travelling on the public bus using their bus passes. We’re working on building their confidence to be able to manage to sit on the bus for longer periods of time. We are looking forward to the next time.

KS4W ASDAN challenge- chores around the household
KS4W completed an ASDAN challenge on helping household chores, staff within the class supported students by verbal and hand over hand prompting. Their tasks were to lay the table, hover and brush the floor and wash the windows.
