I am extremely passionate about our school and am proud to have the opportunity to work alongside our governors, staff, parents and learners in order to build upon the success that our school already has and to take us forward into the next phase of its history and development. I will endeavour at all times to ensure that West Lancashire Community High School continues with the same ethos, care and values that it has built up for as long as I have worked here. The school and community are very important to me and I whole-heartedly support the values of inclusion, respect and pupil voice whilst continually striving to improve our young people’s learning experiences.

It is my belief that every child should have the opportunity to be the best that they can be, to enjoy their schooling and achieve as much as possible and whilst West Lancashire Community High School is a small school it has big aspirations. We work extremely hard to support and develop every aspect of our young people’s lives, adapting the curriculum to best suit their needs along with a dedicated staff team whose creativity, flexibility, skills and forward-thinking provide as many opportunities as possible to enable our learners to grow and flourish.

As a parent myself, I value the opinions and concerns of parents/carers. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries, concerns or if there is anything I can do to help and support you with your child’s learning and school life. I hope that together, we can continue to take the school forward and make West Lancashire Community High School the best that it can be. Thank you for your continued commitment and support towards our fantastic school.
