Matilda is slowly settling in to school. She is about to start her training classes but has been enjoying some fuss with some of our lucky P16 students. Mrs Darcy can’t wait till she can be introduced to you all but she has a lot to learn first. Imagine moving to a new country and having to make new friends. She has lots of new sounds that she has to learn are not scary. In Turkey, she was not used to cars and roads. So every night her walk with Mrs Darcy takes her by some roads so she is not worried about cars going passed. Last night, she walked across the yellow bridge that took her over the dual carriageway. She was very brave and got lots of treats on the other side!
