Our topic this term is Around the World. To celebrate this the 3A took part in the topic day.
We started the day by taking part in some arts and crafts from around the world. We made Chinese Lanterns, the students decorated these in their own way and took pride in their designs.
Then we they went to a restaurant which was set up in school and tasted food from France, Hungary, America, Brazil, Greece and Turkey. The students all loved the food and asked for more. It was delicious!
After that we joined in with some traditional activities and games. We played a very hard but fun chopstick game and had fun with the parachute.
We finished the day by making shoe boxes to send to other children around the world. We worked in small groups to wrap the box and fill it with lots of lovely things.
