Thrive Mindfulness March/April 25

Students from KS4C took part in our department challenge, focusing on their environment, what they could hear, smell, see and feel.

Student worked as a team relaxing peacefully then drawing what they felt. This was part of our weekly challenge which earned us a Rainbow token for future rewards and it was also good for their wellbeing. 

Very “Zen” moment.
