It has been a wonderful week in Key Stage 3L for the first week back after half term. We are continuing our 'environment' theme. In CLL we have been using 'Song of the Dolphin Boy', 'Mia Makes a Meadow', and 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'. In Maths we have been exploring time in our lessons. In Computing students have been using their knowledge of algorithms and programming to instruct robots to complete different tasks. In Expressive Arts, the class have been using the work of Modrian as inspiration for their own work. We have given out lots of certificates this week with 9 students getting 100% attendance. We have given a Special Recognition Award to Levi this week for showing his confidence in lessons and for the first time asking to read out his work in front of the class. This is a brilliant achievement.
