This week in KS3H we were delighted to have Jack from KS4 supporting us as part of his work experience. He was a brilliant help and the class really enjoyed working with him.

In maths, we focused on recognising and naming 2D shapes, using lots of hands‑on activities to build confidence. In CLL, we continued reading our class text Elmer and Wilbur and used colourful semantics to help us retell the story with clear sentences.

Our topic learning took us to the desert, where we explored different desert animals through collaging, using the Bee‑Bots to practise directional language, and investigated textures in our sand tuff trays.
