3S - 'K' and 'Like'
Last week, the sound of the week for 3S was 'k' and the Core Word was 'Like'.
The students practiced using the word 'Like' while they played.
In class the 'k' sound was key,
Students practiced to sound it with glee.
With "like" they did play,
Saying it every which way,
Till 'k'…
KS4 Maths trip to West Lancs Diner
KS4’s Maths topic is ‘time’. The students had to use a depart and return time to plan their trip. Students also covered a range of PLG’s such as reading time, calculating money, road awareness, talking to store staff and talking to peers.

KS5 H Gym
KS5 H used public transport to get to NYE Bevan Gym. They all worked very well during the session using a variety of the cardio and weight machines.
KS5W Lunch in Unit
On Wednesday KS5W made sausage, bacon, eggs and beans with toast for their lunch. They also enjoyed make chocolate rice crispy cakes for their pudding. All the students enjoyed taking part and most enjoyed making their very own scrambled eggs.
